From early in the morning to late at night a varied stream of clients, of all different ages and types, enters and leaves this bar: from the market stall holders of Mercato delle Erbe who have breakfast here, to managers who come for a pre-lunch aperitif; from students who have a quick sandwich here, to the middle-aged women who come for afternoon tea; from groups of friends who drink some good wine in the evening, to couples who sip cocktails and whisper sweet nothings to each other in the intimacy of the Charleston Bar.
