In the early 80s this place became a blockbuster, the clientele was rejuvenated and it became the place for the hip and trendy. The Falstaff and its speciality half en half (a champagne glass filled at your table with half sparkling wine, half dry white wine) was a Belgian legend. And then, things began to change.
